**Assistance available for obtaining Virginia License**
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating care for your assigned patient population. Our practice provides comprehensive training and support under the guidance of our Medical Director, so you will have all the resources you need to thrive. We are looking for energetic, efficient individuals capable of working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality and appropriate care to patients.
- Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and consulting physicians/specialists regarding patient care.
- Document daily visit notes in our electronic medical record promptly and accurately.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, day shifts only.
- Limited call coverage, managed by phone.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency Medicine, or Hospitalist preferred.
- Minimum one year of experience is preferred.
- Current Virginia Medical License and unencumbered DEA License are required.
- Must be self-motivated, flexible, and a strong team player.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation are essential.
