Position: Overnight Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Monte Nido Portland is a residential treatment program exclusively for adults battling Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. Our comprehensive treatment approach aims for the restoration of physiological and nutritional balance, the implementation of healthy eating and exercise routines, and the elimination of harmful behaviors. We focus on empowering our clients to gain a clear understanding of their eating and/or exercise disorder and what is necessary for their individual recovery.

We are excited to welcome a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to our dedicated Monte Nido team.

Availability: Overnights (7pm-7:30am) Thursday - Saturday and every other Wednesday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and record vital signs as needed.
  • Monitor and report any unusual client behaviors.
  • Administer medications responsibly.
  • Document all activities promptly and accurately.
  • Model normalized dietary habits by completing meals during mealtimes while on duty.

Qualifications:

  • Active license as a Registered Nurse (or be license-eligible).
  • Experience in residential or inpatient behavioral health and mental health settings is advantageous.
  • Experience working with individuals overcoming Eating Disorders is a plus.
  • Must have active CPR/BLS certification prior to starting work (training can be arranged if needed).
