n- Responsible for medication supervision/administration in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines.
n- May be responsible for the admissions of new residents to include all admission assessments and documentation.
n- Responsible for completing acute and long-term care plans or service plans.
n- May be responsible for clinical system tracking (i.e. wounds or infection control) under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
n- May be responsible for discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as indicated.
n- Provide general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community.
n- Notify physicians and/or family members of any change in resident’s health and provides proper documentation.
n- Respond quickly to all emergencies.
n- Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members.
n- Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information.
n- Understand role in the Safety & Disaster Plan.
n- Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.

Qualifications:
Qualifications
n
Level of Formal Education: An Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school: or Two years related experience and/or training equivalent combination of education and applicable experience.
nArea of Study: Nursing
nYears of Experience: 1+ years
nType of Experience: skilled, sub-acute, or memory care setting
nSpecial Certifications: Must have a Registered Nurse’s License current, with no judgments against it, in the state in which he/she is practicing and must be CPR certified
nLanguage Skills: Acceptable fluency in English in order to perform job duties and speak, read, write, and communicate with supervisors, coworkers, residents, and applicable third parties.
nTechnical Competencies: Basic computer skills
