Active Washington State LPN License Current BLS Certification 2 year experience, preferably with ICU. Tracheostomy & Ventilator experience helpful. Communicate observations and health-related information to other care team, including client and POA (if one appointed) Provide basic-to-advanced client care or treatment, such as taking vital signs, administer medications, intravaneous fluids, feeding lines, and immunizations, assessing for and dressing wounds, treating bedsores, performing catherizations, and tracheostomy care. Provide care with other team members for up to 5-6 residents. Currently 1 resident. Will work with an assistant on each shift. Assess, Develop, Manage client CARE PLAN in conjunction with physicians every 6 months for review to the CNC/NCC
