Unit Highlights
The Cath Lab averages 10-13 encounters a day through elective outpatient and inpatient services. Procedures typically done: Vascular angiograms, biopsies, mediport and other tunneled vascular access, drain placements, peg insertions and pain management.
Hours: Monday - Friday 7-3:30
Call hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday: 15:30- 2200 weekday, 8am-4pm weekend. Call alternates every other week.
Holidays: department is closed. On call hours in effect, on an alternating schedule with other staff. 8-4pm
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.

Qualifications
- ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
- Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
- Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required.
