Your Role as a Registered Nurse

In this pivotal position, you will:

• Supervise care and treatments while leading patient assessments and tailoring care plans to meet unique patient needs.
• Develop meaningful relationships with patients and their families to facilitate their healing process.
• Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Serve as a resource for colleagues, assisting them in managing complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate the milestones and achievements of patients on their recovery journey.

Qualifications We Seek

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• Current CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification is preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
