The Registered Nurse (RN) provides compassionate and personalized direct patient care to inpatients. They assess patient needs and create individualized care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes. The RN supervises and coordinates care provided by other staff, communicates effectively with the interdisciplinary team, and ensures timely reporting of patient concerns to the appropriate supervisors and physicians.
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred

- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Attention to detail and time management
Environmental Conditions:
- Indoor, temperature-controlled, smoke-free environment
- May work under stressful circumstances at times
