Who We Are:

Since the opening of the Oncheonjip Ikseon store by South Korea's Glow Seoul Hospitality Group in December 2019, it has emerged as a notable culinary destination, captivating both locals/visitors alike with locations following in Soje and Gyeongjju. Within just six months of opening, it ascended to the pinnacle of Naver's search rankings for 'Ikseon-dong,' demonstrating its exceptional appeal surpassing 10,000 social media searches in an impressively short timeframe.

Our Concept:

For centuries, the art of rejuvenation has been synonymous with the tranquil experience of bathing, particularly in the soothing embrace of warm waters. Among these, hot springs have long been cherished for their restorative properties. The concept of our establishment, a hot spring house, was born from a vision: to create a sanctuary where guests could indulge in the serene pleasures of a hot spring while savoring exquisite culinary delights.

Imagine a picturesque garden adorned with a steaming hot spring, a moss-covered bath that invites relaxation, and the gentle sound of flowing waters harmonizing with the natural surroundings. The elegant white pebble floor evokes the purity of freshly fallen snow, providing a serene backdrop for your experience. 

After immersing yourself in the calming waters, allow the warmth of a carefully curated meal to further alleviate the stresses of the day. Our signature ‘hot spring set meal’ features a beautifully arranged square three-tiered box, showcasing an array of appetizers, a main course, and a delightful dessert, complemented by a fragrant soup simmered in a traditional cast iron pot. This culinary ensemble epitomizes the essence of a ‘warm rest,’ seamlessly integrating nourishment for both body and soul.

Job Description:

To produce drinks/cocktails to Oncheon's international standards to our valuable guests.  Possess a standard of care, knowledge and courtesy to all customers regarding our signature cocktails, general alcohol selections, food menu and brand identity.  Be an advocate of the Oncheon brand within your craft, standards, level of service, speed and accuracy.

Duties & Requirements:
Experience within Korean establishments is a plus.
Develops positive customer relationships and addresses customer service needs.
Possess intermediate to advanced knowledge in batching, bartending, menu and recipe memorization.
Must be able to lift heavy items and work within high volume of orders as well as customers.
Always be of assistance with service outside of the bar jurisdiction when available.
Must be able to work weekends & holidays.
