Petite Cerise is a French inspired all-day dining concept influenced by the changing seasons & classic technique by Michelin-starred chef Jeremiah Langhorne and the team from The Dabney. We are currently seeking enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our growing team.
Ideal S erver candidates are outgoing and enjoy developing relationships with guests that will lead to a memorable dining experience.
Qualified candidates will be able to:
- Provide positive, energetic, and attentive service
- Effectively use Toast, our point-of-sale (POS) system
- Effectively communicate with FOH team, managers, and BOH staff
- Showcase a positive attitude towards fellow employees and a love for working in a team environment
- Anticipate guest needs and handle guests’ situations with care
- Complete all opening, transition, and closing responsibilities, complete side work assignments
- Keep all areas of the restaurant clean and organized by following cleaning checklist
- Multitask and move around the floor with a purpose
- Actively mobilize busser/runner team to fulfill all steps of service while focusing on guest needs.
- Demonstrate ability to aid co-workers during service while successfully maintaining a section.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all menu items
- Have strong beverage knowledge and effectively navigate the by the glass wine list.
- Understand and accommodate any potential food or beverage allergies the guest may have
