SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: : Must be 18 years of age, 1- year of hotel/restaurant Food Runner/Busperson experience, Must posses a positive attitude and work well with others team members
REQUIRED CERTIFICATE/LICENSE: Must have Valid California Food handler card.
MAJOR JOB DUTIES: Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:
• Organizes, cleans and maintains kitchen, beverage station, side stations and proper storage of all supplies that support daily duties.
• Assist in setting tables as needed.
• Perform side duties
• Restocks dishes and silverware
• Each associate is expected to carry out, within their capabilities, all reasonable requests by management
• Maintain guest focus while performing duties
• Able to properly re-set all tables as soon as possible according to department standards.
• Carry trays, dishes, flatware, glassware, tablecloths and napkins to kitchen area, break down.
• Properly store soiled linen and dirty dishware in proper storage racks and or bins in the kitchen
• Deposit all trash and scrap food into garbage/ trash cans in kitchen area.
• Able to restock restaurant areas with linen, dishes and silverware.
• Clean and check floor area for food under tables in Restaurant
• Follow direction and ask questions for clarifications
• Side work /Restocks Supplies / Replenish service area as needed to service the guest though out work shift
• Must be neat, clean and well groomed
• Answer all questions about menu/ check all food and beverage orders prior to serving the guest
• Deliver food orders accurately and immediately in a timely manner
