Job Description: North Mississippi Health Services is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a job in Baldwyn, Mississippi.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Registered Respiratory TherapistDiscipline: Allied Health ProfessionalDuration: OngoingEmployment Type: Staff Therapeutic Modalities: Ventilatory management, recommend and administer therapeutic regime. Airway Management. Diagnostic: Assess and perform acid base, ventilation, oxygenation, quality control and diagnostic procedures. Assessment: Clinical and physical assessment to assure individualized patient focused therapy. Documentation: Maintain records to provide complete clinical information and assure accurate patient charting and charging. Equipment: Select, assemble, assure proper function and perform quality control while maintaining infection control. Education: The incumbent will serve as an instructor to students and individuals or groups upon request Job Knowledge: Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist, this credential must be maintained with the NBRC. The incumbent must maintain a valid and current Respiratory Care Practitioner License in the state in which the facility is located . This position must demonstrate the knowledge and skill to care for a wide range of patients, including; infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics. Primarily caring for adults.
