What You’ll Do as a CNC Programmer Machinist:
• Ability to perform machine setups efficiently and with minimal assistance
• Understanding of machining economics, print reading, and interpretation
• Intermediate shop math
• Mazak and Fanuc controls
• Ability to perform simple program editing at machine or computer
• Knowledge of probing and offsets, intermediate machinist process troubleshooting
• Perform basic program file management
