Description:
The Inpatient Care Unit provides a diverse group of patients with outstanding, quality care.
The age of our patients varies from day to day, including pediatric through geriatric.
Patients are admitted with medical, surgical, telemetry, and progressive care diagnoses.
Our unit has a total of 18 patient rooms, including private and semi-private, as well as two rooms fully equipped to manage an intensive care patient while awaiting transfer to higher level care.
Nurse to patient ratio is 1:5-7.
The unit consists of 25 beds.
Travelers must be willing to float to any inpatient unit within their scope of practice.
Small critical access facility experience is preferred.
A vehicle is required for the traveler.
Every other weekend and holiday coverage is required.
A basic dysrhythmia test is required in the profile.
