Overview of the Position
- Job Title: Physical Therapist
- Location: Tucson, AZ
- Hours & Schedule: Full-Time / 40 Hrs (Three 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM shifts and Two 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM shifts)
- Travel Required: No (assigned one clinic)
- Salary / Hourly Rate: $115K/year: $80k - $85k base (plus bonus $15k-$30k/year)
- Bonus Offered: RVU

Job Summary
We are seeking motivated Physical Therapists who are passionate about providing high-quality care by offering multiple modalities and comprehensive treatment plans. We welcome Physical Therapists with specific certifications such as dry needling, manipulations, etc. You will work in a clinic with 1-2 PTAs and manage an average patient load of 14 patients per day.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' health and physical condition, define their goals, and plan appropriate treatments that take into account their unique physical needs.
- Implement and manage individualized therapy programs designed to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability.
- Use a variety of techniques to assist with pain management, such as heat/cold therapy, hands-on therapy, and therapeutic exercises.
- Monitor and document patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as required; provide status reports and recommendations to doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and their families about what to expect and how to cope with the recovery process; provide them with home-based exercises and strategies that support their recovery and prevent re-injury.
- Continually evaluate treatments to ensure that they are comprehensive and effective, and modify as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to discuss patient progress and develop coordinated care plans.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws pertaining to physical therapy and patient care to maintain a safe, secure, and healthy patient environment.
