Job Description:
- Work under the general supervision of the Chief Physical Therapist.
- Collaborate closely with medical staff, ancillary staff, and community health workers to provide optimal health care interventions.
- Deliver physical therapy services, including direct patient care, consultation, and staff education.
- Maintain confidentiality of all privileged information.
- Ensure adherence to the organization's vision, mission, and value statements.
- Ability to handle diverse cases and provide appropriate care.
