We need a full time physical therapist to join our Industrial Rehabilitation team. The perfect candidate has orthopedic and/or traumatic brain injury treatment experience, with a focus on functional rehabilitation and return to work. Experience in pain neuroscience education and motivational interviewing are a bonus. WE WILL TRAIN the right candidate.
Compensation package consists of a competitive base salary, commensurate on experience, and an incentive commission.

Job Duties:

• Perform Functional Capacity Evaluations
• Perform Work Hardening Evaluations
• Quickly establish rapport with clients, coworkers, and referral partners.
• Inspire and motivate clients to do their best work through intentional conversations
• Design and supervise client return-to-work programs
• Develop close collaborative relationships with your team, consisting of OT, PTA, COTA
• Work with QRCs, Case managers, Physicians, and Employers to coordinate successful return to work
• Write detailed narrative reports - excellent writing skills required - must be concise, yet thorough
• Compose weekly written progress reports; phone coordination as necessary
• Participate in Weekly team meetings
