As a Physical Therapist I, you'll develop comprehensive and individualized physical therapy treatment programs to treat acute and chronic conditions. You'll work as part of an integrated healthcare team to promote the overall wellbeing of patients, and advocate for physical well-being as part of the integrated patient experience.

We are looking for:
- graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy program (doctorate preferred)
- current, unrestricted physical therapist license to practice in Texas
- AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or AHA BLS Instructor Provider card
What is the work?
Patient Care:
- Identifies short- / long-range physical health issues; develops/recommends comprehensive individualized physical therapy treatment programs
- Performs physical therapy treatment programs and documents patient progress/status. Administers manual exercises; instructs and assists patients in performing physical therapy activities
- Obtains / studies medical histories; documents patient and clinic records
- Interviews patients; understands patient medical history, assess physical health, and examines as needed
- Educates / counsels patients; explains treatment plan; promotes physical health and wellness
- Works as part of an integrated health team to provide / ensure continuity of care; develops / implements patient care management plans
- Complies / ensures compliance with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements, and infection control protocols and policies
- Develops physical therapy team staff; provides training and educational / growth opportunities
- Maintains professional / technical knowledge; reviews professional journals; establishes personal network; participates in educational workshops and professional associations
- Collaborates with clinic staff to recommend / improve patient care practices, and clinic guidelines and workflow
- Ensures adherence to HIPAA regulations
What is your background?
- Graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy program (doctorate preferred)
- Current, unrestricted physical therapist license to practice in Texas
