Worksite: On-site
Position: Part-time - 1 day per week with remote work
Duties: - Provide physical therapy services to 5 special education students.
- Evaluate and interpret evaluation results for the IEP committee.
- Design and implement appropriate PT interventions to meet the individual needs of students.
- Provide teacher consultation.
- Maintain daily performance data and assist with goal writing.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain an active roster of students.
- Submit case logs and progress reports promptly.
- Document service log completion at the end of each session.
Requirements: - Licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
- Experience in providing physical therapy services to special education students.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and participate in IEP meetings.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, educators, administrators, and parents.
- Provide own personal equipment (laptop, kajeet, supplies/materials).
