Job Details
Fall River Health Services is looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to support the treatment of illness and/or injury through the use of physical exercises and therapies, which assist in the rehabilitation and restoration of, body functions to promote maximum client wellness and independence. In this role, you will provide therapy programs for patients of all ages with developmental deficits, physical injury, or illness. The role may include other responsibilities and duties as assigned based on the facility's needs and requirements.Coordinate PT services, providing assigned clients with direct therapeutic care, and teaching rehabilitation skills to the client and/or caregiver that promote maximum client independent functionality and safety. Provides preventive and rehabilitative PT procedures individualized to the client and according to age-specific needs. Performs all duties within the scope of the physical therapy practice guidelines and in accordance with productivity standards.2 years experienceEMR Used: EPICBLS

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Acute Experience: 2 years Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
ACLS-AHA(Copy needed)
PALS-AHA(Copy needed)
NRP-AHA(Copy needed) AND Physical Therapist, Long Term Acute Care Experience: 2 years AND Physical Therapist, Home Health Experience: 2 years AND Physical Therapist, Outpatient Experience: 2 years SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history
