Job Description: As a Physical Therapist, you will assess, plan, and implement physical therapy programs for patients with various physical conditions, illnesses, and injuries.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and evidence-based practices.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and preventative measures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.
Requirements: - Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current Washington state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
