JOB DESCRIPTION
The Director of Pelvic Health is responsible and accountable for providing leadership and management for the Pelvic Health program, including all outpatient satellites, emphasizing the delivery of quality, cost-effective care. In collaboration with the staff and physician/medical director, develops, implements and maintains the programs' philosophy, goals and objectives, which are congruent with the mission and objectives of the hospital. The Program Director is also responsible for program and referral development and maintenance through focused marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current license as an OT or PT from NH/MA.
- Minimum of 2 years pertinent clinical and/or management experience.
- Knowledge and demonstrated capacity for leadership skills.
- Trained and certified biennially in BLS Healthcare Provider Level CPR.
- Demonstrate supervisor/leadership skills, including effective communication skills
- Possesses moral and ethical standards complimentary to the delivery of cost-effective quality health care.
- Must present positive image and professionalism commensurate with the position.
- Must work full time 32-40 hours per week
- Participate in health associations and education programs to enhance personal and professional growth.
