As an RBT at Lighthouse, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to school age in a supportive, center-based environment.
• Working with a team to implement tailored therapy plans catering to the unique needs of each child.
• Bringing your creativity to life in a play-based, naturalistic therapy setting.
• Supporting children's progress in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions to traditional schools.
• Tracking and documenting progress as you implement individualized therapy programs.

Requirements include: lifting/carrying over 50 lbs, sustaining physical impacts, running, crouching, squatting, kneeling, bending, and full range mobility of hands and arms. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred.
