As an RBT at Lighthouse, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to school age in a supportive, center-based environment.
- Working with a team to implement tailored therapy plans catering to the unique needs of each child.
- Bringing your creativity to life in a play-based, naturalistic therapy setting.
- Supporting children's progress in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions to traditional schools.
- Tracking and documenting progress as you implement individualized therapy programs.

Requirements include: lifting/carrying over 50 lbs, sustaining physical impacts, running, crouching, squatting, kneeling, bending, and full range mobility of hands and arms. Ability to sit on the floor and in chairs for extended periods, transition quickly between positions, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred.
