The Maven Group's client is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join their Operational Systems team, where you'll help drive essential business functions by managing and optimizing mission-critical applications. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with opportunities for international travel, allowing you to contribute meaningfully while broadening your professional experience.

As a Solution Architect, you'll work on a variety of impactful responsibilities, including:

n- Application Design & Enhancement : Collaborate with development teams to implement application changes, ensuring all enhancements align with business needs and industry standards.
n- SQL Performance Management : To maintain SQL performance, develop and optimize stored procedures, triggers, and tables. You'll also conduct code reviews, fine-tune databases, and perform regular health checks to keep everything running smoothly.
n- Data Design & Visualization : Create and manage datasets that support data integrity and quality. You'll guide users in building dashboards and reports, empowering them to make data-driven decisions.

You'll engage with various teams, attend business meetings to stay aligned with changing requirements and support seamless integration within the wider IS Enterprise organization. As a proactive communicator with a problem-solving mindset, you'll be well-prepared to thrive in this fast-paced, self-directed environment.

Ideal Qualifications:

n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
n- 5+ years in a Solution Architect role supporting mission-critical software
n- Expertise in SQL performance optimization and database architecture
n- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and self-direction
n- Bonus: Familiarity with cloud databases (AWS, Azure) and data warehousing tools
