Lead Application Development Technical Lead

The company is looking for an experienced Lead Application Development Technical Lead to oversee multiple development teams for an Intelligence Community customer. The ideal candidate will have experience in full stack software development, collaboration with government leads and stakeholders, and a strong technical background in web development and system administration. This is a key role with leadership responsibilities in ensuring compliance with project specifications, maintaining security measures, and driving innovation within the organization. The position requires an active Top Secret security clearance and a BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with at least 14 years of experience in software development, technology management, or system engineering. Experience in managing multiple cross-functional teams, front-end and back-end technologies, and database design and development is also required. Knowledge of O&M on critical classified systems and experience managing software development and operations for large, integrated IT systems are favorable.

Pay Range: $144,300.00 - $260,850.00
