OverviewnnThe Senior Salesforce Developer will play a critical role in creating and maintaining custom applications and solutions on the Salesforce platform. This developer will work closely with the lead architect, project managers and other business stakeholders to ensure solutions developed meet the organization's needs.nnResponsibilitiesnnKey Responsibilities:nnCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, architect, and SMEs to design and implement complex Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and Marketing Cloud solutions to meet business requirements using code and no-code tools.nnDevelop integrations with third-party applications and systemsnnCreate and maintain solution and technical design documentsnnCollaborate with system owner to assist in the creation of test scripts to ensure the delivery of a quality solutionnnMaintain and update applications based on user feedback and business needsnnTroubleshoot issues and debug errors that arisennEnsure solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance while adhering to company compliance and governance policies.nnAbility to compare and contrast alternative approaches to meet objectivesnnExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teamsnnMust possess good organizational, decision-making, and logical troubleshooting skillsnnExperience with working in a fast-paced and changing environmentnnBasic Qualifications:nnBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.nn10+ years of experience in Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud and CPQ).nnProficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, FlownnSolid understanding of Salesforce integration tools and best practicesnnSalesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I and II certification requirednnOther Salesforce certifications a strong plusnnKnowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIsnnStrong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, architecture, and data modesnnExperience with Salesforce Lightning components and Lightning web componentsnn10+ years of Agile development experiencennAbility to learn new applications and bring forward industry best practicesnnSalary range 95,000-120,000nnPanasonic is proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
