Job Details:
n
n- $22-$26 an hour to start, with +$2-$3 an hour conditional increase within 12 months.
n- Reports to: Portland, OR with paid travel time to jobs.
n- Shifts Available: Mon-Fri, Sun-Th or Tues-Sat 7:30-4:00pm
n- Overtime, and On-Call participation is required.

Job Duties (Training is provided):
n
n- Perform routine maintenance on fuel dispensers (Wayne, Gilbarco, etc.), including replacing nozzles and breakaway hoses.
n- Use hand tools (wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers) and power tools (drills) for maintenance tasks.
n- Troubleshoot and repair fuel dispenser leaks, such as leaking nozzles, pumps, valves. Replace O-rings, gaskets, and basic piping fixtures.
n- Assist with tank monitoring and sump pump operations. Install or replace sump pumps.
n- Perform pressure testing, replace meters, filters and faulty sensors.
n- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues at dispensers or Point of Sale (POS) systems. Replace electrical components and perform basic voltage measurements using a voltmeter/multimeter.
n- Follow job documents and safety protocols, take detailed job notes and update relevant systems with laptop or iPad. Set up safety equipment and barricades as needed.
n- Maintain a well-organized and fully stocked company vehicle, ensuring it is clean and functional.
n- Drive to customer sites and shop locations daily, with occasional overnight stays (paid).

Your Qualifications:
n
n- No formal education or trade school are required for the role.
n- Mechanical Skills – experience with hand tools (wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers) and some basic power tools (drills) is required.
n- Basic Computer Skills – ability to use laptops and other electronic devices (iPad, phone) proficiently is required.
n- Hobbies related to mechanical, automotive, electrical, carpentry, etc. are relevant for the role.
n- Knowledge of basic plumbing (pressure, valves, etc.) and electrical (voltage, AC/DC) concepts are .
n- Prior experience working in the field, hands-on, and with customers is .
n- Experience in relevant industries is a plus (construction, automotive, manufacturing, plumbing, HVAC, electrician, maintenance, etc.).
