With minimum supervision, is responsible for assisting in all aspects for all payroll processes. Provide payroll information to employees, business partners and reporting agencies. Engage in routine payroll activities to ensure company payrolls are processed and distributed according to state and federal regulations, established policies, and provisions of the company's union contract and within specified timelines Pre-audit input data for accuracy and adherence to company policies. Audit post payroll related reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll processing Research, resolve and identify corrections for all payroll inaccuracies Respond to payroll inquiries and provides quality customer service Create and distribute standard and ad hoc payroll reports within designated time frames Coordinate the termination process to ensure employee records are terminated correctly in both the HR and Payroll systems.
