Job Title: Data Cleansing Analyst
Duration: 06 Months (Estimated Start: 02-Dec-2024, Estimated End: 06-Jun-2025)
Location: Stanford, CA 94305 (Hybrid)
Schedule: Hybrid (do not necessarily need someone to be onsite but needs to be local in case they need them to come in for a mtg), 8 AM-5 PM
Pay Rate Range: $20/hr - $23/hr on w2
Job Description:
THIS IS NOT A HIGH LEVEL ROLE. Very entry-level/intern position

• Project: Replacing PeopleSoft with new Oracle system
• Data cleansing
• Data manipulation (cut and paste Word or text documents to get them into the proper format, match up data values for our data mapping, etc.).
• Need to be able to break up documents (job profiles) into different parts to load them into the new system
• Extracting values in Excel

Requirements:

• Does not need PeopleSoft/Oracle exp. Just needs to be able to use Word and Excel
• Intern level, no degree needed
