Job Details: (Specific Requirements or details - if you have a description, that can be inserted into posting) The Bookkeeper will perform routine clerical, filing, and data entry tasks for accounting data including accounts payable, billing, and receivables. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
o Conducts routine data entry management for accounting records including accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable.
o Reviews billing statements, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy; alerts supervisory staff of any discrepancies.
o Distributes accounting reports as directed.
o May assist with mail distribution, answering telephones, and other clerical tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
o Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into computer software and systems.
o Basic mathematical skills.
o Good verbal communication skills.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
o High school diploma or equivalent required.
o Bookkeeping training preferred.
