Job Details
Nuc Med Tech needed asap for 13 weeks The Nuclear Medicine /Radiologic Technologist participates in activities which assures quality patient care. Essential Functions: Perform radiographic exams that utilize ionizing radiation while providing protection for all patients using ALARA (as low as reasonably achievable) principles, as well as supervising staff technologists in the correct use of radiation producing equipment. Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, has a commitment to customer service. Communicates effectively with all applicable customers and age groups. Must possess ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently.Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology or an accredited Nuclear Medicine program. ARRT (N) or CNMT Registry required. BLS (AHA or ARC) required.Completed High School (Diploma or GED)Additional Skills/Information: Hospital based department that performs exams on outpatients and inpatients Needs to have experience in both Nuclear Medicine and PET Experience with GE equipment is a pluss: Submittal Packet Requirements: Cover Page, Resume, Proof of required Certifications/Licensure Scrub Color: Black

Required Qualifications
Nuclear Medicine Technologist, Nuclear Medicine Experience: 1 year Licenses: NMT-NC Certifications: N-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed)
BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, has a commitment to customer service. Communicates effectively with all applicable customers and age groups. Must possess ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently. Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology or an accredited Nuclear Medicine program.
