Program Control Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Control Analyst to lead the team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Deltek Costpoint and advanced Excel capabilities to manage and oversee program budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the financial planning and analysis processes for assigned programs, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze program budgets, cost performance, and schedule adherence using Deltek Costpoint.
• Create and maintain financial models and reports in Excel, incorporating advanced functions such as pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.
• Support program managers with financial and performance insights to guide decision-making and strategy.
• Prepare and present program financial status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies, contract requirements, and government regulations.
• Identify risks and opportunities within programs and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Mentor and train junior analysts to foster a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program control, financial analysis, or a related discipline.
• Expertise in Deltek Costpoint, including reporting and analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with demonstrated experience creating complex financial models and automating tasks.
