Here’s what you’ll be doing:
The Facility Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring the seamless functionality and presentation of office spaces, and maintaining hospitality and facility services to a high standard.
Office Coordinator : Manage shredding bins, vending machines, and common areas.
Hospitality Support : Coordinate event setups, conference room reconfigurations, and staff moves; maintain coffee machines, refrigerators, and first aid supplies; handle desk drops and supply replenishment.
Bar & Beverage Services : Manage beverage inventory, organize deliveries, maintain tap lines and equipment, track product usage, and ensure compliance with storage and safety protocols.
Vendor & Team Collaboration : Liaise with vendors and contractors, oversee storage logistics, and support cross-location facility needs with strong communication and leadership.
Here’s what you’ll have:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in facilities management, hospitality services, or a similar role.
