Qualifications:

Advanced knowledge of desktop technology, including hardware, operating systems, and applications.

Familiarity with Multi-Function Devices and wireless devices.

Extensive background in desktop support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.

Strong grasp of desktop-related concepts, practices, and procedures.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
