Position Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and improve both new and existing programs for the company's ERP system.
• Implement full-stack solutions, encompassing user interfaces, application logic, and database structures.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities and create solutions that boost productivity and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain thorough documentation for users and system processes.
• Oversee all aspects of program implementation, including user training and support for newly developed applications.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Location Requirement:

• Candidates must reside in Michigan to be eligible for this position.

Experience and Skills:

• The ideal candidate will possess:
• 5+ years of experience in RPG/RPGLE/RPGLE Free/SQLRPGLE programming.
• Proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of database management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is a plus.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly establish relationships with internal stakeholders.
