Trident Consulting is seeking a " Salesforce BA " for one of our prestigious clients
Role: Salesforce BA
Location: Windsor CT (Hybrid)
Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
- Create detailed functional specifications and workflows.
- Customize Salesforce features, including dashboards, reports, and workflows.
- Work with development teams to ensure proper implementation of solutions.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to validate system functionality.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce features.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to create detailed documentation and process workflows.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration (e.g., workflows, process builder, validation rules).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst) are a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience in data migration and integration with Salesforce.
- Knowledge of third-party Salesforce apps and tools.
