Trident Consulting is seeking a " Salesforce BA " for one of our prestigious clients

Role: Salesforce BA

Location: Windsor CT (Hybrid)

Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Create detailed functional specifications and workflows.
• Customize Salesforce features, including dashboards, reports, and workflows.
• Work with development teams to ensure proper implementation of solutions.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to validate system functionality.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce features.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to create detailed documentation and process workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration (e.g., workflows, process builder, validation rules).
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst) are a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience in data migration and integration with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of third-party Salesforce apps and tools.
