We are seeking a Data and Analytics Lead to support the organization by overseeing the end-to-end data management and analytics processes within the organization. What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the development of advanced analytics and reporting solutions to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver meaningful dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their data and analytics needs.
  • Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Design and maintain robust data architecture to support data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
  • Evaluate and implement data infrastructure technologies to enhance scalability and performance.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management and analytics.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data processes.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with regulations.


What we ask you to bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, computer science or related field.
  • Three or more years of experience in a data and analytical role
  • Strong proficiency in data management, data warehousing, and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Azure, etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
