Qualifications:

1. Technical Skills:

a. Must Have:

i. 10+ years of experience in solution architecture with a proven ability to lead Azure modernization projects in Agile/Scrum environments.

ii. Proven expertise in Azure services, including Kubernetes Service (AKS), App Services, Logic Apps, Functions, and Azure DevOps.

iii. Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

iv. Strong experience in modernizing legacy .NET applications and ReactJS for front-end development and modernization.

v. Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, MongoDB).

vi. Familiarity with BPM tools, rule engines, and workflow management systems.

b. Nice to have:

i. Experience with Microsoft Fabric for data integration and orchestration.

ii. Advanced knowledge of Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports.

iii. Familiarity with other frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue.js) or backend technologies.

2. Soft Skills:

a. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

b. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus.

c. Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.

d. Work effectively in an onshore-offshore model, facilitating seamless collaboration and communication.
