Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of complex electromechanical systems, ensuring solutions align with system goals.
  • Translate high-level system requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary engineering teams (software, mechanical, controls) to ensure seamless integration.
  • Oversee compliance with regulatory standards, including CE and UL certifications.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.
  • Manage system schedules, budgets, and development efforts using agile methods (e.G., Jira).


What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's in Robotics, Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: 13-20 years in systems architecture, including five years in high-level design and leadership.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in requirements management tools (Jama preferred) and protocols like REST APIs, RS-232, and CAN.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication abilities, and experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
  • Bonus Points : Experience with PLC architecture, C/C++ programming, and network systems development.
