We are excited to partner with a Construction Technology Consulting Company to recruit Program Managers and a Senior Program Manager to work with a Global Energy Manufacturing Company that is supplying Power Infrastructure to Data Centers.

Senior Program Manager- Onsite in Jacksonville, relocation is available. (10yrs+ and 5 yrs as Senior Leader)

Program Manger- hybrid role (3-10yrs exp)

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity to work for one of the fastest growing private companies and listed as best workplaces by Inc.! When the project is completed, the Data Center will have the need for the Program Managers to continue to operate in Jacksonville. Other career opportunities to work on other remote/hybrid projects is an option as well.

• The Senior Program Manager will be a key person in a Jacksonville project and will be on site to manage the Program Managers (Hybrid) in establishing protocol and processes.
• Leading communication and deliverables between partners, stakeholders and consultants.
• Establishing project due diligence, processes, document control, work instructions, infrastructure, electronic checklists.
• Strategizing the roles of each Program Managers to fit within the project best based on their backgrounds and skillsets and builing the communication between them.

The individual we seek should have

• Bachelor's Degree
• Manufacturing Industry experience
• Team Management experience of at least 5 years
• High level of negotiation and communication with multiple stakeholders
• Has the fortitude to face challenges and obstacles and stay focused on timelines and deliverables
