Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Producers with client needs, coverage forms, and quotations.
• Complete applications, submit to carriers, and follow up on quotations.
• Issue binders, certificates, policies, and endorsements.
• Manage billing, invoicing, and policy renewals.
• Respond promptly to client requests and identify coverage gaps.
• Stay updated on industry trends and maintain a 24-hour response time.

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
