Claims Specialist - Hybrid - Pasadena, CA

The Position:

• Continuously check in with claims adjusters to ensure correct measures are being taken
• Keep up to date with important workers' compensation laws
• Prepare and provide claim summary reports
• Offer a superior customer service experience
• Responsible for understanding the claims management process

What we need from you:

• Must have prior experience managing property and casualty claims
• Extensive experience with Workers’ Compensation claims
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
