The Position:
- Continuously check in with claims adjusters to ensure correct measures are being taken
- Keep up to date with important workers' compensation laws
- Prepare and provide claim summary reports
- Offer a superior customer service experience
- Responsible for understanding the claims management process
What we need from you:
- Must have prior experience managing property and casualty claims
- Extensive experience with Workers’ Compensation claims
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
