Flybridge Staffing is currently searching for a Client Support/Account Maintenance Specialist for a Fintech client in the Boca Raton area. This is a direct hire position with 2 days of remote flexibility after 4-6 months. We are considering Entry Level experience and those with industry experience.
The Account Maintenances specialist is responsible for providing timely and accurate completion of maintenance requests and coordinating with internal teams on cross-departmental updates. Reviewing merchant account issues and determining appropriate resolutions.
Responsibilities:
- Review maintenance requests for accuracy
- Verify proper paperwork is received
- Accurately key maintenance updates
- Record details of maintenance requests, updates performed, and resolutions
- Communicate via email and phone
- Interact with clients to address concerns and resolve issues
- Take ownership of requests and work them to completion
- Multitask and manage client expectations
- Properly escalate concerns that may require management intervention
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Maintain composure in stressful situations and project a professional image
Experience:
- Reliable, Independent, Self-Starter
- Detail Oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional approach to deadlines
- Desire to learn with drive, ambition, and motivation for success
- Spanish speaking bilingual candidates are a PLUS!
- Previous experience in the Merchant Service Industry is preferred, but not required.
