Job Title : IT Support Specialist - Executive Services

Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist - Executive Services to provide exceptional technical support to VIP and executive-level stakeholders at our client. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-priority incidents with urgency and professionalism. The successful candidate will possess expertise in Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, mobile applications, Active Directory, and troubleshooting, coupled with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 2nd and 3rd line technical support to VIP clients and executives, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows-based systems.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Provide mobile application support for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Administer and maintain Active Directory, including user account provisioning and permissions management.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for support processes and technical configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and implement process enhancements.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve support capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably supporting VIP clients.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and desktop environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and administration.
- Experience troubleshooting mobile applications.
- Expertise in Active Directory user management and provisioning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Current or prior experience in Financial Services is required; Investment Banking experience is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCSE, or similar credentials.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
