J&R Schugel is hiring Midwest-based drivers to join their regional fleet. J&R Schugel is looking for motivated, successful, and safety-oriented drivers who are interested in being a part of an EMPLOYEE-OWNED Company that treats them with the respect they deserve. Our drivers enjoy great work/life balance, top industry pay, and well-equipped newer equipment.
Top Pay & Benefits:
- Industry-leading pay structure: earn 57 - 65 CPM base pay + accessorial pay
- Earn an estimated $1,200 - $1,600 per week
- Get home every week, or choose to stay out every other week to earn even more
- Average 2,200 - 2,500 miles per week
- Top 50% of drivers average over 2,500 miles per week
- Onboarding bonus

- $1,000 holiday bonus
( Drivers must be hired before December 31st, 2024 to receive holiday bonus)
Requirements:
- Must have a valid CDL-A commercial driver's license
- Must have 6 months of experience
- Minimum age of 21
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Safe driving record (no serious violations or patterns of irresponsible driving)
