Wellspring Builders, LLC, founded in 2005 in Nashville, TN, is a family like atmosphere that provides an environment for people to thrive and grow personally and professionally. Large enough to provide for growth and opportunity, but small enough to have daily interaction with all levels of personnel, including the Owner of the company. Our market is small and medium sized commercial, multi-family and light industrial construction. Our projects range from $200,000 to $20 million, and include new construction, renovation and tenant improvement.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Estimator at Wellspring Builders, LLC in Nashville, TN. This position is responsible for the following tasks:

• Assemble construction cost estimates at all stages of pricing from preliminary budgets through final construction document pricing utilizing Sage Timberline Estimating Software.
• Organize, decipher and distribute construction documents to all subcontractors & vendor for pricing.
• Pursue and solicit pricing from appropriate subcontractors via phone, email, etc. as necessary to achieve the necessary participation.
• Utilize Onscreen Takeoff Software for material quantity take offs.
• Review subcontractor & vendor pricing for complete scope and cost analysis.
• Assemble detailed proposals and present to clients.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in construction estimating software
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
