Pinnacle Partners is looking for an experienced Recruiter for a full time, direct hire opening. This position is with a non profit organization located out of Danville, IN. It will work 100% in office.

Duties:

• Actively recruit for entry level to higher level positions
• Partner with hiring managers to build efficient processes
• Support HR through employee engagement and appreciation projects
• Help build employee retention

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior recruiting experience
• Additional HR experience in addition to recruiting is preferred
• Professional level communication skills

Target salary is 55k/year plus benefits package
