Every Special Child Is seeking a dedicated and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Benicia, CA. We have the following requirements:
- 1 Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA for an Elementary School
- Start date: January First week, 2025
- End Date: June 2025
Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate will directly report to the Director of Special Education
- Candidate should be able to work in a school setting and support site teams.
- Providing consult and direct services per the student's IEP, conducting trainings, writing, and supporting IEP goal development, attending IEP meetings
- Conducting FBAs, supporting teams with BIP development
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop a behavior intervention plan
- Develop and implement skill acquisition programs for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Monitor and analyze data on targeted behaviors and interventions
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement behavior plans.
Requirements:
- Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field required
- Minimum of two years of experience working as a BCBA or related position
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral disorders
- Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and practices
