Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries and accruals for month-end
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reports and variance analyses
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare daily cash reports and book associated cash management entries
• Contribute to AP processing, including reviewing invoices, routing to approver and submitting to AP group for payment
• Audit employee and corporate credit card charges, and process and code
• Assist in preparation of audit and tax schedules for clients
• Manage sponsorship billing process and following up on outstanding balances
• Prepare sales commission report and submit to payroll for processing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area of study
• 3+ years relevant work experience
• Advanced Excel required
• CPA a plus
