Our client located in New York, NY is looking for an Adult Nurse PractitionerType: PermSchedule: Full Time Weekdays Monday - Friday either 8am-4pm or 9am to 5pm or Monday and Wednesday 10am -6pm - Additionally 1 Saturday per month 8am-4pmLocation: New York, NYSummary Provides comprehensive case managed primary care services in an ambulatory care setting. Contributes to quality assurance, staff development, and other programmatic and clinical functionJob Description Administer care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention and provide medical case management. Maintain accurate, detailed reports/records and participate and oversee performance and quality improvement activities. On-call responsibilities, shared on holidays by the team - on call demand is light Familiar with Adult Medicine at a busy practice of mainly underserved population and immigrants Ability to work alone and not needing a collaborating physician when seeing patients A single center, with lots of opportunity to build/create programming and clinical research Familiar and a desire to work in a community health setting Bilingual - Spanish - PreferredQualifications Current New York State Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse License NCAA Certified DEA Certification CPR Certification Infection Control Certification Medicaid Provider ID NumberPlease email: Rate: 130K-140K Annual
