Job DescriptionAssesses and treats human responses to actual and potential health problems through such services as case finding, health teaching, health counseling and provision of care supportive or restorative of life and well-being. Executes medical regimens prescribed by a licensed physician, dentist or other licensed health care provider legally authorized under the NYS Education Department and in accordance with NYS Department of Health regulations. American Heart Association-Basic Life Support (BLS) within 6 months of Hire and must be maintained thereafter. OCH: CC Float RN - Two years of critical care experience within the past 5 years preferred, two years of medical/surgical experience within the past 5 years required. PALS, ACLS, NRP required within ninety (90) days of hire or transfer into the position and must be maintained thereafter.
